What we collect and why
- Your enquiry. When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, or use the quote form, we receive what you give us: usually your name, phone number, the location of the garden, the service you need and your message. We use it to reply, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out the work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in server logs, to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Preferences on your device. The site stores your colour theme choice and your cookie choice on your device. See the cookie policy.
- Google Maps. Only if you allow it, Google loads a map and may collect data about your visit. See the cookie policy.
The quote form and WhatsApp
The quote form on this site does not send your details to our server. When you press the button, it opens WhatsApp with your message ready to send. Nothing is sent until you send it in WhatsApp. If you press the pin button to use your current location, your browser asks for permission first; the position is used only on your device to add a Google Maps link to the message, and it is not sent to us until you send the WhatsApp message. WhatsApp is provided by Meta and processes your message under its own terms and privacy policy.
What we do not do

- At the time of writing, this site uses no advertising or analytics cookies.
- We do not make automated decisions about you.
Who we share data with
Only with providers that help us run the site and talk to you: our hosting provider, WhatsApp (Meta) and, if you allow it, Google. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
Transfers outside the EU
Some providers, such as Google and Meta, may process data outside the European Economic Area. They rely on safeguards recognised by EU law, such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiries and customer details only as long as needed to handle your request, carry out the work, and meet legal, tax and accounting duties. After that we delete them. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period.
Your rights
To use a right, write to xristosdimitriou31@gmail.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
